The aim is to address the problem that affects 11 million children in northern Nigeria.
The news of the partnership was announced after the top executives signed an agreement to introduce more immunisation programmes in the following northern states, they include: Kaduna, Sokoto and Kano.
It should be noted that this is not the first alliance of both men in a bid to cure the world of diseases. They had worked together to fight polio, which led to the complete removal of Nigeria as one of the counties endemic with the disease.
