The mentors are expected to consult and collaborate with their mentees for a period of one year.
David Adjaye's mentee; Mariam Kamara obtained her undergraduate degree at Purdue University in Indiana and holds two master’s degree; one in computer science from New York University, and the other in architecture from the University of Washington. She currently works for united➃design.
Adjaye recently established the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C
