Disney's plans to acquire most of the assets of 21st Century Fox could reshape Hollywood. Assuming the $52.4 billion deal goes through, the Mouse House will get the rights to the "Avatar" movies, full control over movies based on Marvel's X-men characters, and the rights to distribute the original "Star Wars" movie.
