Houston Texans owner Bob McNair received some harsh criticism after saying " The comments came during an NFL meeting to discuss the protests during the national anthem.

After tensions rose at practice during the week, Texans players responded on Sunday with the majority of the team kneeling for the anthem on Sunday.

McNair apologized for his comments, but it appears that some players are not letting the turn of phrase go so easily.

Adding to the controversy, on Monday, the Texans traded Pro Bowl left tackle Duane Brown to the Seahawks after his harsh criticism of McNair's comments.
