First secretary of state Damian Green will not be forced to resign following allegations of misconduct and that he used Parliamentary computers to access pornography, according to a report from ITV's Robert Peston.

The de facto deputy prime minister was accused of making sexual advances towards an activist and using a work computer to watch porn.
Green — one of Theresa May's most important allies, and a de facto deputy prime minister — has been the the subject of a Cabinet Office investigation over the claims.
Activist Kate Maltby, whose parents are friends with Green, claims that the politician made inappropriate sexual advances towards her in 2015, which he denies. She wrote that Green, who is 30 years older than her, "offered me career advice and in the same breath made it clear he was sexually interested ... It was not acceptable to me at the time and it should not be acceptable behaviour in Westminster in the future."
Green said: "It is absolutely and completely untrue that I’ve ever made any sexual advances on Ms Maltby."

The minister has also been under investigation by Cabinet Office civil servant Sue Gray following allegations that pornography was found on a computer at his Westminster Office by police following a raid in 2008.
But according to Peston, who cites three unnamed "well-placed sources," Green will be told on Wednesday that he does not need to resign.
It reportedly can't be proved that it was Green who accessed the pornography, and no other women besides Maltby have allegedly come forward.
