Rumors are swirling that the Obamas have bought a duplex condo in an Upper East Side building they have been seen entering and exiting.

Page Six reported Monday that the Obama family had been considering buying a $10 million condo on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

The Obamas have reportedly been seen entering and exiting a building on Gracie Square. Property records show that a nine-room duplex at that building went into contract on September 26, which sparked the purchase speculation.

The building itself is 15 floors and was built in 1930. The listing calls it "

The apartment is at the end of a dead-end street and features a drive-through for easy drop-off.

The apartment itself is spacious, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

It was completely renovated recently.

It features a design by Vicente Wolf and was featured on the cover of Elle Decor, according to the listing.

The apartment covers two floors.

During the renovation, its layout was changed from 12 rooms to nine rooms.

At 11 feet, the ceilings are high.

There are two floor plans that a buyer can choose from, one of which changes the master bedroom's sitting room into an extra bedroom. That brings the bedroom total to five.

The four bathrooms are spacious and have great views.

It's also just across Carl Schurz Park from the mayor's official residence at Gracie Mansion.
