Buhari is ready to return home and these pictures prove it

Nigeria's president says only his doctor is keeping him from returning to his job after sharing more photos of himself recovering in London.

Buhari spoke while receiving his media team to his residence in London. The team , led by Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed also included Femi Adesina,special advisor on media and publicity,Mallam Garba Shehu,senior special assistant on media and publicity and Lauretta Onochie.

The latest photos of Buhari holding a large get well soon card,shows the former military strong man looking better and should alleviate some pressure,with several protests,some of which have turned violent in Lagos and Abuja asking him to return home or resign.

Buhari in the statement also thanked African countries that had prayed for him during his ailment.

"What we did in The Gambia early this year fetched us a lot of goodwill on the African continent. It gave us a lot of latitude.I thank all those who were praying .May God reward them."
