Former US President Barack Obama’s post was made on Sunday, August 13, 2017, and has more than 2.9 million likes on Twitter.

In the photo plus text tweet, Obama quotes the late South African President Nelson Mandela writing:

“No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion.”

The photo sees Obama with four happy children with different racial backgrounds peeping through a window at a day care facility near his daughter Sasha’s school in Bethesda, Maryland.

Obama’s iconic photo which is indirectly the most liked photo on Twitter was taken by Pete Souza in 2011.

Arina Grande’s tweet following the attack during her concert in Manchester is the second most liked tweet on Twitter.
