There is such a thing as drinking water at the right time for health/wellness reasons but a lot of people don't know this!

Drinking at least eight glasses of water everyday is something a lot of people know but when to actually drink water to benefit the body is not common knowledge.

In four easy steps, glean when to take water and why at that particular time:

1. Drink 2 glasses after you wake up

-This helps activate the internal organs as well as flush out toxins from the body

2. Drink 1 glass of water thirty minutes (30) before a meal

-This helps digestion. Don't drink right before or after a meal as the water will dilute the digestive juices disrupting proper digestion.  It's best to drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients.

3. Drink 1 glass before taking your bath

-This helps to lower blood pressure
